With his rich experience in the field, he provides direction to the company's mining operations as well as its corporate planning function. He has promoted many manufacturing and industrial units in Chhattisgarh which are running successfully and generating profits. He is also involved in social and religious activities and is also an active member of various Local Bodies & Business Chambers.

A man of exemplary vision and leadership is a post graduate in commerce having 24 years of rich experience. A successful entrepreneur, he is well conversant with the Power & Steel industry and is an expert in marketing, finance and banking. He possesses immense expertise and proficiency in managing the business and corporate affairs. Under his able stewardship the Group has planned large-scale investments in Chhattisgarh and other parts of the country. A tough taskmaster, he believes in meticulous planning and its execution, leaving nothing to chance. His understanding of the business and external environment has been instrumental in evolving growth strategies and significantly contributed towards implementation of the Group’s expansion and diversification projects in steel, mining & power sector (including Green Solar Power). A commerce graduate with 22 years of experience in the field of commerce and industry. He has the distinction of setting up many profit making manufacturing and industrial units in the State of Chhattisgarh which are running successfully. He is specialized in implementation of projects, operations etc. He has rich experience in various aspects of power generation (both conventional and non-conventional). He has built strong relations with various Government Agencies in the Central and State, well connected with the Power and Energy sector, national/international equipment suppliers, EPC contractors, consultants and policy making bodies.

Aged 29 years is an Electrical Engineer by profession having practical Techno-Commercial experience. Apart from his technical excellence, he has a keen financial and commercial expertise. Gifted with sharp intelligence and combining it with toil and perspiration. He has successfully sought out the challenging vocation of industrial entrepreneurship.

He is 25 years of age completed his Post Graduation in Business Management. He is having energetic & dynamic personality and well conversant with the business affairs. His ability to think and forecast the things is an aid to the organization.

She has completed her Post Graduation in Business Management, she has a thorough knowledge of the back office work and is being conversant with business administration.

Director (Technical) is a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, a Master in Business Management in Human Resources &Operations and holds Doctoral Degree from the APS University, Rewa, and Madhya Pradesh. He has over 30 years of experience in project management of large thermal power plants.

He has completed Masters Degree in Business Management from Bangalore University. He was former Chairman & Managing Director of Canara Bank. He has over 36 years Banking experience. He was holding number of representative positions prominent among them being Deputy Chairman – Indian Banks’ Association, President-IBA Local Chapter, Bangalore, Advisor-Bankers’ Training College (RBI) etc.

He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Dr. Hari Singh Gaur, Sagar University in 1964 and Master’s degree in Commerce from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University in 1966. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has 41 years of experience in the domain of finance and accounts. He was Managing Director of CSPHCL (a successor company of erstwhile CSEB) till his resignation on October 31, 2009.

He has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Avdhesh Pratap Singh University; Rewa in 1969. He has 37 years of experience in planning, execution and management of irrigation projects of the Water Resources Departments of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh in different capacity. He retired in November 2007 as Engineer in Chief, Water Resources Department of Chhattisgarh. He was involved in planning and execution of major industrial power projects for esteemed companies.
