The Group had commenced their industrial activities from the year 1984, by acquiring the Pre-stressed Concrete Sleepers unit and further diversified their industrial activities by setting up production facility of Sponge Iron, M.S. Billets, Wire Rod, TMT Bar, M.S. Angle & Channel, Heavy and Light Structural Re-Rolled Products, HDP woven bag manufacturing, Ferro Alloys, Steel Galvanized Wire and Development of Iron Ore & Coal Mines. The Group also have interest in Power sector and having 7.85 MW Wind Power Projects , 8 MW (Rice Husk Based) Power Project , 11MW Waste Heat Recovery Boiler Basis and 33 MW Thermal Power Project.

The Group among business circle has earned reputation for its performance, dealing, contracts and professionalism. The group companies are regularly dealing with reputed corporate houses like Tata, Jindal, Larsen & Tubro, NMDC etc. and banking with SBI, PNB & OBC.

Shri Niranjanlal Agrawal has been at the helm of affairs with over 60 years of experience in diversified field like agricultural, trade and industries. He is assisted by his sons Shri. Gopal Prasad Agrawal, Shri Subhash Agrawal, Shri Vinod Agrawal, Shri Prahlad Agrawal and Shri Ashok Agrawal. All are well qualified and having vast experience in setting up industrial undertakings and running them successfully.
